Meet Our Pastor

Palma has over 25 years of experience in ministry, focused primarily on next gen and emerging leaders. She served as the International Youth Ministries Director for the Church of God of Prophecy for 10 years. Palma’s passion for equipping next gen leaders took her to Kentucky COGOP State office where she served the local church in Elizabethtown, KY as Youth Pastor. While there, she developed and trained leaders, as well as launched the local church small group ministry. For the past 3 and a half years, Palma served Roswell Street Church in Marietta, GA as Youth Ministries director and served in it’s community facing ministries. She facilitated a student led program called Whisper at Marietta High School. Her role was to recruit, train and coach students to respond to the relational needs of their peers thus removing isolation and aloneness.

Palma’s ministry has taken her to different nations where she ministered to thousands of people of various races, languages and ethnicities.
